Your heart races, you feel the panic, sometimes it impacts your sleep, you are easily irritated, and it may even hit harder when it’s time to leave the house. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s yet to come.

The fear and anxiety that most of us experience is a reasonable, normal, and healthy response to this terrifying pandemic.

So give yourself permission to feel ill-at-ease. Don’t be so hard on yourself. But let’s also talk about scientifically proven ways to help you feel better.
