The cold and flu has been particularly rough this season and it is not over yet.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this spring may see a second round of the Flu due to a new strain of the virus that has recently emerged.
About half the country is still in the grip of flu, and the H3N2 strain that had mutated just enough to infect even vaccinated people has now been replaced by the influenza B strain, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says.

- Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
- Most importantly, build your immunity
