Your Best Is Yet to Come!
Embracing the Menopause Journey with Grace and Power
“So many women I’ve talked to see menopause as a blessing. I’ve discovered that this is your moment to reinvent yourself after years of focusing on the needs of everyone else.” Oprah Winfrey
A Better Way to Understand Menopause
Menopause is a natural biological transition, but for many women, it can feel like a time of confusion, discomfort, and uncertainty.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
This program was created to bring clarity where there is confusion, and confidence where there is doubt.
At Akasha Health Academy, we approach menopause through an integrative lens — combining medical science, functional medicine, and mind-body practices to help you understand what is happening in your body, and how to respond with intention.
Because when you understand the process…
you begin to move through it differently.
With more ease.
More awareness.
And a renewed sense of control.
Program Overview
This is a 4-week educational experience designed to help women better understand and navigate menopause.
Each session builds on the previous one, offering both knowledge and practical tools that can be applied immediately.
